I just gotten the movie Animated Family Favorites, with the three Universal Studios movies, like an American Tail, Balto, and Land Before Time. When I looked at the back of the DVD cover box, the picture with Balto in the cave looks............................................................................. weird, because he looks like a magenta brown color!!! When I was looking at Balto over and over, I noticed a little spot that wasn't a magenta brown color. The spot was his regular color, and it's in the corner of his back, left leg. This could mean that they repainted him on the back cover BEFORE the DVD was released. I could be wrong, because of the lighting, but when you see the movie, Balto isn't a magenta brown color, instead he is his regular color.

So my point here is that Balto was probally repainted, and that they missed a spot in the corner of his back, left leg, leaving his real color there.

If you own this DVD, you probally know what I am talking about, and you should give it a look again to see his back, left leg just his regular color in that corner.

For everyone who doesn't own the movie, go check it out and you can see the little mistake. I just think they repainted him to make him look better before the DVD was released, and at least the mistake wasn't as big like the ones in the movie WQ.

i went on google and saw a PRETTY good image of the back of the DVD cover, and I saw it. why paint him over anyway? he was fine the way he was in the film

okay balto is magenta brown color if you get a pic of him from the net and put it on paint use the pick color tool click on baltos fur you'll see its brown, he just looks grey in the film
