How a real Balto 2 should be

I think a real Balto 2 should be well....

First change the name of Alue because Alue means a toilet. Like maybe to something more traditional like Mala, I am not sure if you get me by that but oh well.

The next thing it should be changed is about the whole dream thing Balto has. That is one of the wierdest things.

The next thing is it should show at first the relationship with Mala (Alue) and her brothers and sisters as indeed ,they treat her differently because she looked different, or did they treat her like she wasn't any different at all.

Then it should be when they get their owners. Mala (Alue)GETS a family and this family is also the family of Steele. Then Steele finds out that Mala (Alue) is Balto's daughter, and so since Mala (Alue) looks exactly like a wolf, Steele is made fun of by the other huskies in town. So Steele finds every possible way to get Mala (Alue) out of the house and succeeds. Mala (Alue) is put at the pound, and at the pound she meets a friend named Tustin who is pure wolf and looks pure wolf.

Together Tustin and Mala (Alue) escape the pound , then after that they come across Steele and his group of huskies who try to kill Mala (Alue) but they have to go through Tustin first and Tustin wins the fight with only a few scratches on him.

Then Mala returns home to show her father and mother Tustin. Mala tells them that she understands she is not like other dogs and no one would accept her anywhere around here and she would have to live her life in shame. So asks for their permission to live in the wild with Tustin. They agree and say yes. Then in the wild Tustin and Mala make their own pack.

Aleu DOES NOT mean a toilet! It comes from a native word for traveler. (or so I read...) I agree about the dreams and the magic though. But why bother about it, it's already out.

I don't think they could change the names now . . . . This sounds more like a good fanfic idea then a remake of Balto 2, but it's not bad. You should write it.

It's not your movie it is theirs, maybe they are making another sequel that relates to the contents in B2, so don't doubt them, they put a lot of hard work in the movie that I don't think you can match alone, adn what about the nitty gritty details in the movie?

I agree with you on the whole dream thing that it's cheesy. But the movie they made was better then that idea. I just think that they make it less magicy. and your idea don't have balto in it that much so why would it be called balto. and yes aleu in french means toilet but aleu in the movie is ether for aleution islands or the native word for outcast.

Uhh, Aleu doesn't mean toilet in London. 'Loo' does. Aleu was named after the Aleut Islands. I don't really think this counts as an article, but it kinda lacks originality (reminds me of some movie I saw with dogs in it too). No offense.

I TOTALLY agree with you about the magic and the weird dream thingy that Balto goes through. I mean, I can see Universal's point of view if maybe they were trying to give it sort of a Native American theme with the totem poles, and raven spirit and everything, but I really didn't like it too much. As for Aleu meaning toilet, I always thought that maybe it was a Native American name. I agree also with some of the Balto Source members that said this would make a good fanfic. I just wanted to let you know what I thought, and I can understand your point of view, so I hope that you won't think of this as a rude comment or anything.

I actually liked the movie plots and all that. But why change the whole story and movie now? It was already made for pete sakes! (sorry, I'm not trying to be mean or anything) Your idea about changing the name to Mala, living in the pound, have her meet a "random wolf that lives in a pound" (how is a PURE BREED WOLF in a pound when they are suppose to be in the wilderness?) Then go live in life with shame with another wolf???? The story needs a better plot then that.............. but you do have a good imagination! I just think this wouldn't be a nice Balto 2 movie, even if the story doesn't have Balto in it much. You can write this as a fanfict, which would probably be really good! Sorry for letting you down and all, but it would be a better fanfict then a movie. Nice thinking though...........
