Balto in 'Leave it to Beaver'

After the real Balto in 'Stuart little 2', there's another film in which the animated film was taken as a reference in one scene. Catadventure noticed that a kid was watching Balto in the film 'Leave it to Beaver' (1997) which is a Universal film. I got the confirmation from the IMDB :

are you serious?!?! i LOVE leave it to Beaver, my whole family does! i didn't know there was a movie... it probably isn't as good as the show, though. that's really cool that it mentions balto, however! this is a bit off topic, but does anyone know when the 2nd season of leave it to beaver comes out on dvd? we've almost finished the 1st season and we want more!:P :P :P
