This is really amazing to finally get an opinion from someone who actually worked on the first Balto movie! It's a shame that it was so "lost in the shuffle," I'd be curious to see what would have become of Balto had things gone right for it ... no telling how popular it would've been! Even I didn't get to see it in theatres, because it was so overshadowed by the others that were out at the time that my parents didn't know enough about it (I was 5 years old in '95) to think that I should see it, even though I think I told them I wanted to. I didn't see it until months later when it was on TV. |
