Create Her Design!

Create a design for my new character 'Amanda' :3 She's a husky saluki mix(Somehow xD). I have a few requests that she's slender and has a necklace or collar of some sort. Winner gets a hand drawn drawing from me! <3 The deadline is long so you have some time x3

 The description may have told the basics but this is going into detail xD
As you know, I need help with a design for my new Saluki/Husky mix character 'Amanda'.
She should be sleek and have a collar or necklace of some sort. She's sorta snobby, but sorta streetsmart. She also has a bad temper xD
She lives on the streets, after escaping from her old abusive owner.
 The Winner gets a very rare hand-drawn gift art from me!
