4. It can be anything. a render, fan art, or something!

Okay, I will draw the winner's design and make it the cover for my fanfic.

For the runner up, I will draw the design and put it up as a fan art.

For third place make thier design a fan image.

OH. Here's how. Where it says: "Choose how you wish to send your file", I usually send a file to the site. And you do the same thing as you would if you're sending fan art. I hope this helped!!
