2) Make a computer background or a poster ( please include character name)

3) Have atleast one(1) animation in the background ( if you choose to include one(1).

4) Absolutely, Positivly,NO STEALING MY ART OR ANYONE ELSES ART it will be disqualified if it is copied or stolen!
