I've seen some avatars where there will be one pic then another after a few seconds and then another. How do you make that kind of avatar? Can you or do you have to find it?

Search for a free animation shops on Google. I personally use Animation Shop 3.

It is an animated avatar and they are not allowed on the site. The rules say no animated avatars. See: http://baltosource.timduru.org/board/viewtopic.php?t=832

I knew that, but what I wanted to know is if anyone knew how to make them. I have a different avatar in store for this site.

theres a few different, FREE animation sites, it might take you a while though to get used to it..so you might want to find one with a turorial..but just do as Kari said..
