Um, well. I was browsing around the Contests section, and I stumbled on the contest "Ginga Densetsu Weed". Ignoring the fact that we have enough GDW fanbase around here, isn't it against the rules to make a contest over something you don't own?

The user who made the contest is asking for pictures of Weed (and by gosh we all know who he is by now). Though, he/she does not own Weed or the anime/manga. That's all (C) Yoshihiro. 

So then, my question is this - is this contest allowed if the user doesn't own the material? Wouldn't that be theft?
