Jenna is simply a fictional character to "add" something more to the Balto films. So now, they obviously didn't mate in real life. The real Balto was nutered anyway.

And no, Steele was not real, either. Just another fictonal character added into the story.

Well, in the movies the characters Jenna and Steele were real. But in real life there was no Jenna or Steele. And yes, in the movies, Balto mated with Jenna and had pups like MightyBalto said.

Jenna, Steele, Boris, and all those characters are fictional except for Balto. The real Balto was fixed as a pup, so he didnt have any pups. In th cartoon though, he did mate with Jenna.
