If so, it's not very fair. Because my family can only afford one computer, and my neighbours daughter wants a BS account too but her computer is broken. If I allow her to have one, there will be two accounts belonging to my IP address.

Would this result in one or both of us being banned for "Having multiple accounts"?

It's not forbidden, but keep in mind that if any of you get banned (for any reason : offensive comments, giving personal info, etc...), then you will all be banned.

It can be hard to tell if someone is telling the truth about having siblings, or lying so they don't get caught...but if you can show us somehow they are siblings (we pay attention to how people post and all) then we usually leave you alone. But if we really think you're the same person and you ARE lying it gets you into a lot of trouble.

Yeah. Some people lie about having multiple accounts by saying that they have siblings or friends. But if someone like a mod finds out, you'll surely be banned. Plus, it's in the rules as a reminder.
