A lot of people have a puppy of Jenna's in their fanart.  They say it is their version of one of her red puppies.  Wut does that mean? Can i make my own version?

Their own version of a pup is just another way to say its their fan character, they made it up themselves based off another character and it is not official. And yes, everyone can make their own version of a character, that's a part of fandom ;D
