I already put it in the forums and in my gallery, but whenever there are other contests, a note about the contest appears in your comments section, too.....does the meber in charge of the contest just send in a comment notifying the contest...(like go to every gallery and put the same thing in every time?) Or is there some other way?

Yes they do, but I acutally find it very annoying to do that. If someone wants to do a contest, they can go look at the contest section in the fourms. Plus, who wants to spend all that time going to every gallery and posting a message about a contest?
