look, don't have a cow. Just because humans get all smoked up about inbeeding, doesn't mean that animals do. I swear some people are so ignorant. Animals see absolutely no problem with eating raw food, licking their selves clean and mating with their cousins. It's just not wrong in the animal kingdom folks. Heck, some humans have no problem with inbreeding, just look at the family trees of most royal families...Royalty must marry royalty was a big rule back in the day. No. Mufasa was prolly Nala's father because Mufasa was the king of the pride. And in real life, the king will mate with more than one female. Nala couldn't be some lone lion's cub because first, Sarafina wouldn't mate with a loner, and second, male lions never protect cubs that arent theirs, so Mufasa would have killed Nala.

LOOk Scar never tried to kill nala in the first place. but it was possible, other than her green eyes and even her attitude..which can be sort of fierce, i mean Scar could have raped Sarafina, since thats whats hes good at.

sorry,the first half of my first message was deleted, im not sure how, but the one male in the pride mstes with all the females in the pride, then im not sure what happenes then. But there are two males (scar and mufasa) and niether are nala's father. because then simba and nala would be brother and sister or cousins, which im sure are both not true. besides both would be to inappropiate for a disney movie. this is "G" remember. lets not scare or gross out the little kids here.;)

Urm...let us return to the animal kingdom. Now, when two males are in a pride they often run things together (althrough Scar was pushed out and that could have made him bitter). They both mate and have cubs but will refuse to protect another lions cub(s). So, after Scar gains control of the pride, he attempts to kill Simba (Mufusas cub). But he DOESN'T try to harm Nala. In the wild, animal cousins do mate. It's a fact because they can mate so why shouldn't they? It prevents strange lions having to be introduced into the pride. Before everyone goes: EWWWWW! here's another little fact for ya. When a lion is chased out of his pride, new blood is introduced. This produces more cubs who aren't related and it goes on. It isn't gross: its just nature. Watch Animal Planet XD

naw, most of the time there is only one male lion in the pack (cept for the little ones) and he mates with all the females. So in reality mufasa would be nala's father. and Nala is simba's half sister. But thats okay, for lions. Scar wasn't even supposed to be there, I guess Mufasa was just "nice" enough to let him stay. Even though from the looks of the outlands, it looked like he already had a pack, and was king of the outlanders. Guess he wanted both pride rock and outlands.

No, they can't be cousins. They got married. Oh, and Kiara and Kovu arten't cousins. In the movie Kovu said "He (Scar) wasn't my father, but he's still part of me."
