TLK2's Vitani Goes by 3 names

In TLK2, Zira's daughter (Vitani) goes by 3  different names.@ the end of the lion war, zira says,' VITANI NOW!!'at the beginning of the movie, Nuka calls her Tani! ( I can see how Tani culd be short 4 Vitani...) But at another part of the war, Vitani sais to Nala,'Where's ur prety daughter?' and Nala calls her Vitalinee! Maybe Nla didn't know her name, but Where did she get Vitalinee from?!!?

I thought she just called her Vitani but pronounced it weird or something, like if you say vitani like vitalni then it sounds kind of like vitalani so maybe she just pronounced it wrong, like with an ln not just an n, and they couldn't be bothered to get her to say the line over.

she's called vitani. nuka may have called her tani as a shortened version of her name but in the seen where vitani says 'where's ur pretty daughter nala' nala says vitani. some people say that because vitani was originally called shetani (devil) that in that seen nala calls her shetani. although i've tried to listen to it many times and only hear vitani.

As said before the orginal name of Vitani was Shetani (which means devil) They probley changed it after production started and thats why Nala makes it sound like a different name. Look up Vitani on Wikapedia! The've got it all there for ya!

yeah, i know what you mean. but when nuka calls her Tani, if you listen REALLY closely, you can hear that he actually says Vitani. Yes, Zira called her Vitani The thing about Nalla tho.... I know it sounds like Vitalini, and either what lionqween said is true, it it just sounded like she said vitalini, even tho she really said Vitani.

I watched all the outlander scenes, and never did anyone refer Vitani to 'Tani' or 'Shetani' Nuka does say vatani, but the va sounds low, thus making you raise up the volume, and giving you an awful ear ache for about a minute T_T Nala, well she sounded angered/pissed, thus she stressed out the Tani in Vatani, nuff said, you just need to listen more carefully, and risk getting a 30 second ear ache

Shetani used to be Vitani's name, but the producers changed it for some reason. nala called her Shetani. not what ever you typed.

I'm glad im not the only one who hears it I SWEAR I hear Vitalinee I've watched it over and over and I always hear the same thing at that part of the movie, (I replay it every time I watch the movie just to make sure I haven't got it wrong) But that is Definatly what I hear!

Nala sais Vitalinee because that was her original name and ment demon or devil, and they thougt it was a little brutal and thougt about the kids, so they changed it to Vitani wich means war. Nala said Vitalinee before they changed it, Trust me!!
