in tlk, nala wonders off to search for help, but who was she really looking for?

i was watching the movie and realized something, who was nala really looking for in the movie, i mean, she and all of the other lionesses thought that simba was dead, so she must have been looking for someone else, my guess would be that she was probably looking for Ni, from the tlk books, what do you guys think?

she didnt go to find simba....they all thought he was dead...why look for someone whos dead...but yea she was looking for help...but i dont think she was looking for anyone in particular...just someone...anyone...who could help them at that point

She told Simba that she left to find help... so she didn't really know WHO she was looking for, but it was probably a lion or some kind of animal or herd of animals that could over-power Scar and his hyenas

not everythings ever going to make complete sense its a kids film remember and kids wouldnt ask that question. the story wouldnt work without someone finding simba and him falling in love wih nala so they used the "looking for help" story from nala. kill 2 birds with 1 stone

I hate repeating what everybody's already said, but here's what I think: there wasn't anything more for the lionesses to do about Scar back at Pride Rock, so Nala went looking for someone--anyone--who would come to their aid. And about the lions-not-in-jungles thing: Nala wasn't looking in the jungle. If you look carefully, she was in the plains outside of the jungle when she spotted Pumbaa. She got distracted by Pumbaa because she was so hungry, and the chase led back into the trees.
