Ever imagined a wonderful rain shower in the hot and dry savannah? Well, I came to the thought and started to compose something that way. The result is a rain theme that moves somewhere between atmospherical filmusic and strong emotional ballade.

It´s a story about a young boy who lost his parents in the war. He lives in an orphanage since they died. All he remembers is that melody of his mother, she played it every night on her violin when she sent him to bed. Now there are just a few memories and the violin leftover. So the boy sneaks out of the orphanage every night to his special place in the wood. There is a large tree stump under a forest clearing. He sits there every night, playing this melody, the last memory of his parents. There´s only the moon and the animals of the forest who listen. Slow orchestra piece with a serene touch.

Final, remastered version of Freedom's Calling. Orchestral piece with a horsetheme, a fast rhythm and a big sense of freedom. There was some inspiration taken from a few animated movies like Spirit, TLK and El Dorado, but the style is mainly original.

What I wanted from the beginning was a really good rythm. So I decited to use Rock percussion which is fully dynamic. Means that I always wrote a new line for every rythm. The orchestration is very brass and string oriented.

I imagined a scene from the Lion King. Two lions are making a race through the savanna with all it´s dangers, the winner gets it all.

Written in 2006. Slow violin/Chello/Piano part at the beginning, going up into a big full orchestra passage with choir, fast strings and drums.

Written in 2006 and one of my first works. The beginning is gruesome and needs to be redone someday. Emotional piece with memorable maintheme.

Orchestral piece, written for a sea-battle themed videogame.

The main influence was actualy the particular thought of a starry night sky. The beauty of it was motivating enough to get this piece finished, which was developed in 5 weeks. I wanted something incredibly touching and unforgetable, something that could underline a big motion picture perfectly.

It was important for me to make this Score as Hollywood as possible. The movie it's done for contains a lot of epic and dark elements, but I didn't want to jump on the stereotypical LOTR express so I took most influences from Trailermusic and Zimmer.

Seperated in two parts. Starts smoothly and ends with the opening theme for the BBA Movie. Execution was very fast this time (1 week), it was the idea that took a while. Hope it's enjoyable.
