Obviously Not Mufasa (at least after he (Mufasa) became King.) I would say he disliked Simba, for he was the son of his Royal Rival (Mufasa) |

I don't think Scar ever liked Mufasa. And may be Scar hoped that, if Mufasa died before him (cause Mufasa was older) he colud become king, so I guess Scar was waiting for Mufasa to die in a hyena attack. But as Simba was born, Mufasa had a heir, so Scar would never became king (no matter how much he waitted), and he made up his mind to kill them both. |

He definatly did not love Mufassa. Now that I think about it, maybe he did love Simba at one point. The way he wouldn't hurt Simba himself. |
