As Emily said, they must be related to cats / big cats if they are on the TLK side of Animation Source. If you go to Balto Source you can write about dogs / wolves.

You can write in any style that you want as long as it is related to cats. People write poems, biographies, songs, ect. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to write a script.

Yes, they need to be cat-related. I don't see a rule that you can't make script form fan fictions, therefore yes.
