no, because in the movie kovu just said he's just part of me so he not related to simba

Well zira was scar's mate so she has to be simba's aunt and i know scar was NOT kovu's father,but kovu is zira's son,so kovu is simba's cousin. |

Zira wanted a king, so she couldnt have Vetoni, And Nuka was un reliible and so she "adopted" Kovu
