Ok in the LK1 and LK2 the setting is in Kenya, Africa. Now is it possible that there might be a pride in Mombassa? Sarafina could have traveled from there to Kenya and joined Mufasa's pride. While she was pregnat with Nala.

There would have obviously been more than one pride, but it wasn't introduced because of the mass of characters it would have caused. Lol. There's no way there could have only been Simba's pride.
