What is with the light?
is it just a light shining down on the pridelands or is it Mufasa gaurding Kiara? Cause in the movie she goes to that rock.

Well spotted! it probably does have something to do with her going to that rock |

Does it matter? Animation is crazy, and generally lazily done.  And I believe as Cat Tails said, it goes into Zira
scene. Or was it out of it? I do not recall.
