I doubt Nala would be with Scar. It is very very unlikely.

The Nala-mating-with-Scar thing is a runaway takeoff of a scene from the Broadway show. In the musical number "The Madness of King Scar," Scar seems to be losing his sanity, and towards the end he starts flirting with Nala. Nala, of course, will have none of it and smacks him in the face. Then Scar says, "Nonetheless, you will be mine," and Nala says, "Never, Scar! Never!" No, Nala doesn't strike me as the type that would want to go out with Scar.
