I have heard so much of a lion named Kopa. I have heard that he was Kiara's dead brother, is this true?

Kopa was originally going to be Simba and Nala's cub instead of Kiara. I'm pretty sure that the stuff you heard about him being a dead brother is just a rumor. They changed Kopa into Kiara when Lion King 2 went into production (I don't know why though). |

Before you make a question, please search for some similar! Thanks.  But Kopa was the orignial cub, as they named in the stories. But, when they went to make the movie, they changed Kopa to Kiara. They did this, I believe, in hopes to make it more of a story, or such. Some people like to believe that Kopa DID die, and no one mentioned it in LK2. But, that is for your own interpertation.  Oh, and I would also like to say that Disney did NOT murder Kopa, as ONE person has been going around saying. He was simply changed from a male to female, making him Kiara. |
