I mean Nala was growing up during Scar's reign so I think maybe Nala was pregnant during Scar's reign. I mean a male lion can mate with any females in the pride. So I think Nala might have carried Scar's cub and maybe after it was born the cub must have been exiled with the outsiders what do you guys think.

No, I think that Kiara was her only cub. Some people think that Nala had Vtani with Scar because Nala is the only other lioness who has blue eyes but I think that ZIra had Vtani. Also, they think that Kopa was her first born but I think Kopa was nothing more than Kiara in original animation.
