i'm new here and i really need someone who can draw me backgrounds for a lion king 4, because i want to make a youtube video but i don't know how the programs are called to make such beautiful pictures. Please help me it doesn't matter if you answer here or on my account diglion by youtube.

The programs used to make videos are Windows Movie Maker and Photoshop CS. You should also specify what type of video you want to make...

If you mean that you want to make an AMV, or Animated Music Video such as those seen in the ''Fan Video'' section of the site, than you don't need drawings, you need a DVD Ripper, such as Magic DVD Ripper, and the DVD.

If you mean that you want to make an animation, than you would need an artist and different programs such as CS2.

Please specify which type of video so that we can help.
