If you see their name in the Shout Box or comments, click on their name. If you want to find their name, type it in the Search box in the corner.

Once you are on their profile, there will be a set of options:
Send a Private Message
Add into my friend list
Report this member to the mods
See the forum profile

Simply click "Add into my friend list" and they will be there.
