I don't think that zira killed kopa because the lion king was intened for chrilden and child killing seems a bit to dark. It think that disney never intened for him to be in the movies. But if you went an answer where he is real and alive, I read somewhere that he was 2nd born after the event of TLK2 or he didn't went to be king so he became a rogue.

Actually, there is some false information in your question. First, the opinion that Zira was the cause of Kopa's death is based off of fan fiction; not the movies or the books. Since this is fan fiction, it can be as dark as the creator intends it to. Also, your other theories are fan fictions as well. If you want answers about Kopa, my suggestion would be to read The Lion King; Six New Adventures (TLK6NA). It is a small series of shortened books telling about Kopa's cub life. I have not read them myself, so I am unsure on how much they can help you; but I'm sure that they can in some way.
