In the Lion King 2, after the battle between the Pridelanders & Outsiders, Simba, Nala, Kiara & Kovu go up Pride Rock to claim their king & queendom. As they pass a lioness, Simba & Nala bow to her. Who is it? Is it Sarafina, also known as Nala's mom or is it Sarabi [Simba's mom]? i can't tell.

it could be normal or just like us we younger generations giving up seats 2 thoese older then us, just simply showing respect. Remember the latest cubs were simba,nala,nuka,vitanin,kovu, and kirara that we no of so i'm guessing the others were a few months or years older then the six of them

They didn't decide who that was. I think it was just a random lioness so it could be whoever you want it to be I guess.
