The Lion King

The Lion King is a famous Disney animated film, released in 1994.
It is one of the most popular in its kind, and the Lion King is often referred as the best Disney film ever produced.
Who doesn't know Simba, the young cub heir to the king whose fate is to be exiled in the jungle, and meet Timon & Pumba?

To date, the Lion King got two sequels which were released directly to video.

A Quick Look At The Forums

Hello, LionKingSource community! I hope you've all had a great Easter Break, and an even better March! It's time to take a look at the forums again. We'll go in the order of the boards, so let's start off with our first topic, which is located in the Suggestions section.

When a user changes their name, it can sometimes be difficult to tell who they used to be. ShebaWolf has made a handy topic where you can see who has changed their username recently, and where you can also post a change of your username as well! This topic is located here.

Let's now take a look at the Lion King Boards.

Canadian Wolf has asked a simple, yet sometimes a bit difficult question to answer - who do you prefer, Simba or Kovu? It's tough for me to say who I prefer - they're both such great characters in my opinion!

Also, did you like the song ''Morning Report'' from the Special Edition DVD of The Lion King? Did you find it entertaining? Catchy? Cute? Or did you find it strange? Dull? A bit... off topic? Express your opinion at this topic and discuss it with others!

And what didn't you like about TLK? The things that just kind of made you squirm with annoyance, or made you really think about how they could have improved on a scene? I can't think of anything at the moment, but I'm sure there's something to be mentioned [although I usually prefer not to think about the negative points in movies.]

I've also been asked to advertise the Roleplaying Sections of the forums. There are many great topics there, but some don't have many joiners, no matter how good and creative their plot is. I'd encourage all you roleplayers who feel up to it to go and visit these sections! Roleplays are a lot of fun to do when you're bored, or even when you're busy!

Now for a topic from the Forum Games board - the Rate a Signature game is in need of new signatures to rate! I've played the game before, and it is quite fun and easy to play! If you have a few extra seconds in your day, I'd recommend you all to check it out.

From the Animals Board, Kirada has made a topic where you canpost pictures of your pets and share them with the LionKingSource community! I'll be trying to get some pictures of my pet up - if I can find any around, that is!

Ghost-Unit has posted an interesting topic in the Other section, and it's a quite common question - which do you think came first,the chicken or the egg? I myself say the chicken, but what do you think?
